Peggy Osborne has been in the field of education for over 20 years.   Peggy spent fourteen years in the elementary classroom teaching pre-k, kindergarten, second and fourth grades.  Since 1998 she has been an administrator  within the College Station Independent School District's  Early Childhood Department  in College Station, TX.    As a Certified Conscious Discipline® Instructor, she has trained the CSISD Early Childhood teachers in Conscious Discipline® and has continued to support them in their implementation of the philosophy since 2002.  

Conscious Discipline® made such an impact on the elementary campuses that now she is training teachers in various grade levels from Pre-K through high school.  CSISD training has also expanded to include parents.  The parent training is offered every year in the fall and includes four evening sessions.

Peggy’s sessions are designed with music, movement, small groups and interactive large group discussions.  She believes in active participation and “hands on” learning!  Peggy is happy to share resources that CSISD teachers have designed “free of charge” to all workshop participants.
